- In your role you are responsible for the commercial support of the eMobility factories in Portugal (Corroios), Germany (Leipzig) and in the USA (Wendell), as well as the various contract manufacturers.
- By doing so you will prepare the reporting, controlling and analysis of the monthly reporting as well as an effective and continuous development of a performance measurement system (KPI system).
- Preparing the monthly performance review meeting with the SCM management and our factories/contract manufacturing sites is also part of your task area.
- Additionally, you are responsible for the preparation, management and support of the annual planning and monthly forecast process for the Leipzig, Corroios (PT) and Wendell (USA) sites as well as reporting & analysis of productivity measures.
- As a key partner and advisor for the eMobility factories, for the contract manufacturers and for HQ, you will be in regular contact and exchange with SI E functional departments.
- The careful preparation of the monthly BU standard reporting as well as the support and implementation of our Manufacturing KPIs in cooperation with Global Manufacturing Excellence are also part of your daily business.
- The coordination and implementation of a global monthly NCC reporting in SI E SCM is also part of your tasks.
- Independent planning and controlling of the respective cost centers are your responsibility.
- Continuous analysis & optimization of process and value flows in the SCM environment is to be ensured.
- The preparation of presentations for the SCM management and ad-hoc analyses for management decisions round off your task area.

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics
- Additionally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of performance controlling
- Furthermore, you already have professional experience in the SCM environment
- You want to drive digital transformation and inspire others with your ideas
- Very good business know-how, especially in accounting and financial reporting according to HGB, IFRS and US GAAP is required
- You have a very good understanding of value flows
- Very good knowledge of SAP R/3, DAsh, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Thinkcell is a matter of course for you
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) is a given
- Good German and English skills are essential for your day-to-day business, both written and spoken
- Initiative - planning and organizational skills - ability to analyze - result orientation - assertiveness - ability to work in a team are also important
