Business Services Controller (f/m/d)
About the Role
The Business Services Controller GBS & IT is supporting multiple GBS Service Lines and IT Areas regarding primary costs, projects and Capex. The responsibility ranges from performing the monthly/quarterly closing, providing essential cost analysis, driving planning processes to contributing to projects for the dedicated GBS Service Lines and IT Areas. The role will have a close cooperation with the key Stakeholders. Demonstrating a combination of business acumen and interpersonal savvy, to improve performance in order to create additional value for the business. Ideally the role should be located in Munich/Ismaning or Gothenburg.

What You Will Do- Monthly closing and deviation analysis incl. follow-up of KPI development and driving corrective actions- Work together with the GBS and IT stakeholders to provide Budget, Forecast and a regular performance outlook- Support decision making process with financial calculation for respective stakeholders- Challenge and provide full value chain insights to the GBS and IT stakeholders- Act as Business Partner with a holistic perspective in order to capture stakeholders needs
Who You Are- University degree in business/economics or equivalent with relevant practice- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience within Finance & Controlling- Business mindset and acumen- Excellent analytical skills- Experience with working in an international environment- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP, BW and PowerBI preferred- Effective English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to talk to all levels of the organization and across different cultural backgrounds- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, lead and influence people across different disciplines, cultures and positions- Ability to drive continuous improvements and best practice sharing- The passion to take strong ownership and ambitiously deliver on or beyond agreed goals and aspirations- Willingness to travel
