**About the Role**

In the role of Business Controller, you'll be at the heart of our financial analysis efforts, actively contributing to informed decision-making and improved financial performance. Your role will focus on offering practical guidance and support to our various business units, helping them achieve their financial objectives while staying aligned with our organizational goals. You'll be at the center of exciting projects, acting as a trusted advisor to our business teams and top management.

This role requires you to be based in Munich, ensuring smooth collaboration with your team.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or similar, preferably with a focus in Finance and Controlling.
- While 1 - 2 years of controlling experience is beneficial, it's not a strict requirement.
- Your knack for analytical thinking, coupled with a talent for numbers and data interpretation, will be essential. Your ability to transform complex data into practical insights is key.
- An adaptable, dynamic, and proactive approach, suited for a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- You see challenges as opportunities for growth and value the chance to contribute.
- You're a team player who collaborates effectively across various business areas and stakeholders.
