In **Germany**, we are currently looking for a HR leader with a vast HR Generalist experience who will act as the first point of contact for HR site leaders. Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be a key strategic partner who leads and develops the **North Western** HR team? Are you interested in developing the strategy, vision and execution of HR People strategy in the country aligned with business needs driving an organization that embraces a culture of inclusion and diversity?

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Standardize and implement policies and procedures and drive local compliance and labor relations topics
- Work with the HR Operations leader to ensure that shared services are implemented in a country or cluster and centralize records and transactional activities
- Drive communications with works councils within the cluster in alignment with the HR Director and the legal team
- Work in alignment with regional COEs, vertical HRBPs and business leaders to enable workforce planning, succession planning, turnover management, performance management and annual compensation management
- Ensure the succesful rollout of DP World´s culture in the country organization
- Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times while working; promote and demonstrate positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture
- Lead and develop the North Western team of HR Generalists and ensure a complete understanding of the organization´s needs and objectives

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, law, labor relations, business, or a field related to the position
- Minimum 8 years experience in a HR Generalist role with a focus on work force planning, labor relations, and similar fields
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading and coaching HR teams
- Solid track record of implementing HR processes and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a diplomatic panache
- Native level German and a good command in English language
