**Responsibilities**:
- You prepare and optimize metal oxide-based electrode layers by different coating approaches- You are responsible for the preparation of noble metal-based electrode layers by impregnation or an ultrasonic spray route- You are in charge of the physico-chemical analysis of inks, metal oxide support layers, catalyst layers and powders- You are accountable for the electrochemical characterization of anode catalysts by Rotating disc electrode measurements and CCM-testing- You carry out literature and patent research- You design experiments, evaluate data, and present test results
Qualifications:
- You are a Master student of chemistry, electrochemistry, materials science, nanotechnology, or a similar field- You gained first laboratory and synthesis experience in the field of chemistry and have a safe and responsible handling of hazardous chemicals- You preferably have knowledge of electrochemistry/electrocatalysis through lectures or internships- You are self-motivated and can adapt easily to an independent working style with high commitment- You have good knowledge of spoken and written English- You ideally, but not mandatory, have experience with the data analysis software Origin (OriginLab)
