**Duties**: - Assists clientele in the completion or required forms and registrations cards. Answers questions pertaining to rules and regulations governing the assignment and use quarters; issue room keys. - Makes reservations for incoming guests based on room availability. Interviews incoming guests to determine room assignment. - Answers billing questions and concerns. Assists or arranges transportation. Computes charges for guests checking out, receives payments and room keys; renders receipt. At end of shift, accounts for and secures cash. - Provides statement of non-availability when applicable. Posts registration information on the registration card. Orients guests concerning use of facilities and equipment, and other facilities available on post. **Requirements**: **Conditions of Employment**: - Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. - Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. - Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty. - Citizenship eligible under country SOFA agreement. - In consideration of COVID-19, personnel within this area may routinely wear personal protective equipment (cloth face covering, latex gloves, and face shields) while performing their regular duties. - Employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time. - Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para 2 include Tier 1 background investigation. Employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time. - Will be required to work weekends, nights and holidays. **Qualifications**: - 1. Ability to add, substract, multiply and divide at the level necessary to complete required reports and use a computer for work processing or data entry. - 2. Good verbal communication and customer service skills. - 3.
