We are looking for a Head Group Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing (all genders). In this role, you will lead a team of international tax experts which manages all cross-border and local tax matters affecting Zalandos businesses end-to-end from a corporate tax and transfer pricing perspective while driving the Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing Strategy priorities for Zalando's expanding European presence.

- You'll drive the Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing Strategy priorities of the Group together with your team and the Director Tax
- You'll lead an international tax expert team to manage all cross-border and local tax matters affecting Zalandos businesses end-to-end from a a corporate tax and transfer pricing perspective, which includes but is not limited to
- mitoring and analyzing international policy developments and changes in corporate tax and transfer pricing legislation with impact on tax profile and operations and advise the senior leadership on required actions
- managing all tax/transfer pricing aspects of business planning & restructuring initiatives from design to implementation to ensure full compliance with tax requirements, impact on financial statements and required adaptations of systems and processes
- supervising and steering the operational management, planning & analytics of Zalandos corporate tax positions and related external and internal tax reportings across all Zalando entities as well as at Group level
- managing tax audits/tax litigations and liaising with advisors on settlement/litigation strategies in line with Group Tax Controversy and Risk Management Strategy and develop/maintain a respective tax audit/litigation log
- You'll maintain and strengthen effective and trustful working relationships with key stakeholders (such as legal, BU leads and other finance departments) and contributors in the Zalando Group as well as tax authorities and tax advisors in the different jurisdictions

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You convince with a MSc Business and Economics, Law Degree or equivalent and 15+ years of International Tax experience in Tax Structuring/Planning
- As an experienced leader you have at least Minimum seven years of experience in managering and devloping people as a leader
- Min 15 years of International Tax experience in Tax Structuring/Planning, hands on and detailed oriented
- You are a hands on and detailed oriented teamplayer
- You have a cCertification in Accounting/Tax as well as in-house experience as add on
- You have excellent command of English and German, Spanish, French or Italian is desirable
