**Test Specialist **(M/F/d) ****:

Your job
- Defining test strategy, develop test plans, and formulate test cases based on the analysis of functional and non-functional requirements
- Characterizing test conditions for given requirements
- Executing functional and non-functional tests, incl. analysis of results and the documentation of deviations/errors
- Scheming and implementing test automation solutions based on defined frameworks
- Designing and implementing test data management solutions based on defined frameworks
- Managing test environments and test resources
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements

**Profile**:

- University degree preferably in computer science or related field
- Proven experience as a test specialist or related role
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of test management methods and best practices (corresponding certification such as ISTQB is beneficial)
- Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language
- Knowledge of database management systems
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Good understanding of solution development life cycles
- Domain knowledge in financial services is a plus
- Flexibility and bringing curious mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
- Working collaboratively and effectively in an international dynamic, often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and willingness to travel
