The role is the Finance Business Partner playing a key role in defining and implementing pillar strategy by working closely with marketing and sales teams. Role delivers good visibility of financials and delivers quality insights as a trusted busins partner to the pillar. The role is part of DACH Finance team, and works closely with other functions as well as the leadership team and regional stakeholders.

**What are we looking for?**:
**Experience**
- multiple years experience in Finance roles, including previous business partner experience
- Solid experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, planning, forecasting, business partnering
- Experience in working with cross functional teams and leadership team
- Self initiator and independent while working in harmony with peers and local leadership tea
- Knowledge of accounting principles, familiar with period close activities
- Familiar with financial control and governance frame
- Operating experience in MS Navision

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Supports PSR Pillar head as business partner, acting as consultant but as integral part of the PSR team to ensure delivery of targets and pillar ambition/agenda. Provide high quality and proactive support pillar driving the delivery of internal targets and contribute to capabilities of pillar.
- Partners with sales team to ensure good control and planning of trade budget
- Leads the financial forecasting of the pillar, contributing to DACH consolidation by converting inputs, risks and opportunities to unit PL. Ensure timely and quality input to forecasting tools.
- Participates in periodic business forums, performs required pre and post analysis. Support S&OP+ process accordingly.
- Continuously monitors and updates assumptions for a realistic financial projection
- Leads/supports central tasks for total DACH (lead AEP and Replan process, support cluster preparations for visits and reviews, represent S&F in MBR and period performance review, support period close)
- Regularly check trade and investment budgets and ensure correct accruals.
- Participates in local and cluster projects
