**Vacancy**:Customer Delivery Representative (f/m/x)**:

- We are looking for a Customer Delivery Representative (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, a technology company based in the Hamburg area.

For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

**Your Responsibilities as **Customer Delivery Representative (f/m/x)**
- Records and processes quotes and orders, including custom and special orders that may require additional resources for delivery and coordinating with those teams as required
- Makes calls (by telephone or other channel) to allocated customers to develop new and deepen existing relationships. Acts as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries / complaints
- Schedules follow-up actions and enters relevant information into the customer relationship management system
- Interviews (or assist in interviewing) the customer, following a complex multilevel sales script or conversation points, to clarify the customer's requirements. Makes full, appropriate and accurate notes, ensuring the customer records management system is updated in a timely manner
- Records and processes customer orders, including custom and special orders that may require additional resources for delivery, tracks delivery of servicing activity, ensuring appropriate authorisations for additional work and accurate billing, quotes for local business as needed, ensuring standard pricing and terms are applied in each case
