Join us, and let's create a better climate together - ideally, with you leading the way Get the perfect climate here: - Soon you will take over the daily leadership and motivation of the 3 shift supervisors as well as approx. 50 employees in a multi-shift process engineering production unit. - In addition, you will ensure compliance with quality standards, production targets, and work and safety regulations. - In addition, you regularly report the key figures of your area to the subarea manager. - At the same time, you will carry out resource planning. - Your tasks include the active implementation and coordination of continuous improvement measures. - Active data collection and reporting of key figures in store floor management are daily doings.
