**Team Lead - System Engineering - Enterprise Team
**As a Team Lead of the Public team you’ll be managing a team to success, partnering closely with the German Enterprise Accounts Sales Organization. The Team Lead will be working alongside his team, ensuring their own active involvement in deals, evangelizing our technology and generally playing an active role in the success of the Sales Organization.

**Key requirements**:

- Develop Pre-Sales Strategy for the Enterprise Accounts Team.
- Articulate and demonstrate Fortinet solutions, and position products relative to competition.
- Leverage and support internal and external influencers (Marketing, IPS, Support, Engineering, System Integrators, Channel Partners).
- Conduct coaching and development.
- Acts as a Fortinet product advocate.
- Speaking at the public events.

**Experience**:

- Experience in a similar role with proven track record.
- Ability to teach other members of the team and effectively manage a team of highly skilled Sales Engineers.
- Cyber Security background is a must.
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
