In this position you will co-create, design and implement corporate-wide digital learning practices with a clear focus on creating digital learning content including e-learning and fostering learning communities. You will bring these communities to life by working together with key stakeholders, HR BPs and people leaders. You will lead countries in communities of practice
- and knowledge-sharing across Phoenix with a best practice approach and ensure our local HR in the countries are also supported with professional communication on our corporate offerings. Are we as far advanced as we would like to be in digital learning? Unfortunately, we really are not - we need you to drive this area and ensure we continue to be successful in the future.

**Your Tasks**:

- Define a strategy to reach the goal of our internal customers for design, creation and delivery of online and hybrid learning content
- Own the topic so be aware of the developments inside and outside of Phoenix (trend-scouting) and steer the strategy accordingly
- Manage external e-Learning Platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Coursera, Udemy) in line with the learning solutions approach of Phoenix and consult business on best approaches here
- Be proficient in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia and creating SCORM packages
- Act as a consultant in all Learning Management Systems (LMS)-related topics
- Work with business on holistic digital learning solutions which facilitate workplace learning
- Analyse the relevant data, and create dashboards for tracking
- Monitor and manage the “normal operations” activities such as internal reporting, maintaining, and developing learner communities

**Your Profile**:

- 3-5 years proven relevant experience in a digital architect/ expert / training expert position
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art tools and technology in the learning space, creation of online resources and maintaining online platforms and Learning Management Systems
- Project Management experience and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Be able to communicate proficiently in English and German, other languages a plus
