Join us in the later stage of our new Learning Management System rollout. Your role will be key in the successful completion of one of our Group flagship projects of 2026-2027. Working closely with our Snr and Jnr Digital Architects in the Corporate Learning Team within Corporate Human Resources, you will be contributing to the meaningful upskilling and professionalization of our workforce, impacting business across the continent. We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) for Digital Learning System Management for a period of 5-6 months starting either February 1st, 2026, at our headquarters in Mannheim. Your Tasks Support in the rollout and customisation of our new international Learning Management System (LMS) Lead the data migration process and transfer with our project stakeholders Provide backend business support for our local stakeholders in relation to the LMSSupport us in the rollout of our key Corporate learning Academies and Corporate TrainingsDevelop and apply project management skills in collaboration within Corporate HR’s Talent Management and Learning team towards local stakeholders and businesses. Additional project opportunities in international program rollout, learning strategy, and consultancy planning based on applicant interest. Your Profile Currently pursuing studies in Human Resource Management, Development-related fields, Data Management, or a comparable qualification.Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail.You are able to work independently and are very detailed-oriented.Full proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
