**In a nutshell**:
As the HR Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our human resources strategy. You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with department heads to ensure the effective development and execution of HR initiatives that align with the company's goals. The HR Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.

**What you will be doing**:

- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Implement and manage employee recognition and appreciation programs.
- Talent Acquisition
- Lead recruitment efforts by working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Enhance and streamline the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Management
- Guide performance management programs, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and professional development opportunities.
- Implement and manage employee engagement surveys and action plans.
- Learning and Development
- Collaborate with department heads to create career growth opportunities and succession plans.
- Assess training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote continuous learning.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Investigate and address employee relations issues, partnering with management to find effective resolutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Policy Development and Compliance
- Stay informed about employment laws and industry trends to ensure company policies and practices are compliant.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR-related compliance requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilise HR metrics and analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
- Generate regular reports for leadership on key people operations metrics.

**What we would like you to bring with**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven experience in leading and managing HR projects.
