The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of contingent and EOR (Employer or Record) workers across the DACH region, delivering an excellent worker experience. The Human Resources Specialist is expected to be self-disciplined, and client focused and must have in-depth knowledge of local employment law and collective agreements.

**What will you be doing as a Human Resources Specialist?**
- Ensure best-in-class service quality and attention to detail.
- Provide expertise on country-specific employment legislation.
- Advise on worker benefits and understand Collective Labor Agreements.
- Build relationships with workers for long-term satisfaction.
- Oversee worker communications, answer queries, and verify new hire paperwork.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with new hires and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Adhere to country-specific health, safety, and occupational health requirements.

**What are the qualities that can help you thrive as a Human Resources Specialist?**
- Knowledge and understanding of German, Austrian, and Swiss labor laws. Particularly, experience in Human Resources, Staffing Services, or Payroll Processing is valued.
- Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor, coupled with the innovative ability to communicate effectively.
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
- High attention to detail.
- Professional and engaging, demonstrating solid organizational and time management skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
