We are seeking a highly experienced and analytically driven professional to lead ADH’s accounting function and oversee global reporting of financial KPIs across multiple Health OEs.
This is a key role that combines technical accounting expertise with strategic performance analysis to drive actionable insights.
Tasks
- Manage all ADH planning and accounting activities in compliance with HGB and IFRS standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Lead the SD/PD process for ADH and oversee the target proposal process for OEs.
- Further develop and maintain global health KPI reporting across different OEs.
- Analyze trends in core KPIs by OE and translate into strategic recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams at ADH and in the SE to align financial reporting with business goals.
- Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Several years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Deep knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting standards.
- Strong understanding of insurance-specific KPIs and their business implications.
- Proven ability to derive insights from complex data sets and drive action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Background as strategy consultant in a leading consulting firm is a clear plus.
