**Deine Mission**:

- Du unterstützt das Finanzteam in allen operativen Bereichen bei den täglich anfallenden Aufgaben (Controlling, Rechnungswesen/ Buchhaltung, Corporate Finance).
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die fundamentale Rechnungsverarbeitung, welche Erfassung und Freigabe umfasst und bist der/die Ansprechpartner:in bei aufkommenden Fragen.
- Du treibst die Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Optimierung unserer Finanz
- und Accounting Prozesse voran und bekommst Einblicke im Bezug auf die Implementierung neuer Tools.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung von Monats
- sowie Jahresabschlüssen mit und widmest Dich der Neugestaltung von Arbeitsabläufen.
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Bearbeitung von anfallenden persönlichen Ausgaben und Reisekosten.

**Das bist Du**:

- Du befindest Dich im Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium, arbeitest gerne mit Zahlen und möchtest erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Accounting & Finance erlangen.
- Im besten Fall hast Du bereits Erfahrung durch Praktika oder Werkstudierendentätigkeiten gesammelt (idealerweise in einem Start-up).
- Du verfügst über fundierte Excel / Google Sheets-Kenntnisse.
- Du bist offen dafür mit unterschiedlichen Tools zu arbeiten (z.B. Finway, Chargebee, Hubspot).
- Analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit einer großen Lust proaktiv und eigenständig Deine Aufgaben voranzutreiben.
- Du bist an einem teamübergreifenden Austausch mit verschiedenen Tätigkeitsbereichen interessiert.
- Du hast Lust auf die Arbeit in einem jungen, aufgeschlossenen Team und möchtest Erfahrung im Start-up Umfeld sammeln.
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch, um mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern erfolgreich zu kommunizieren.
