**We are looking for: Trainee Service Agent (M/F/d) in Leipzig**:

**Your Future Tasks**:

- Processing incoming orders
- Technical setup of online marketing campaigns
- Implementing tracking codes via Google Tag Manager
- External communication with hotels, technical partners as well as online marketing agencies and meta platforms (Trivago, Tripadvisor, Google, etc.)
- Internal communication with other departments (SEA, IT, Account Management, Product, Sales)
- Technical quality assurance
- General technical support
- Analysis and optimization of internal and external processes

**Your Profile**:

- You have a strong affinity to technical structures and a very good understanding for all things technical.
- Flexibility is definitely not foreign to you
- If you are open-minded and curious to learn new things in a fast changing environment, then you will fit right in.
- Experience in the hotel or tourism industry is helpful.
