Komm an Bord und unterstütze unser People-Relations-Team am Standort Köln für mind. 15 h / Woche.

Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Kollegen während des gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus
- Personalsachbearbeitung (z.B. Erstellung von Verträgen, Zusatzvereinbarungen, Bescheinigungen, Zeugnissen etc.)
- Pflege der Personalstammdaten
- Erstellen und Pflegen interner Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung der Mitarbeiterkommunikation
- Mitwirkung an vielfältigen People-Relations-Projekten (inkl. Recherche, Aufbereitung von Informationen und eigenständiger Erarbeitung von Lösungen)
- Unterstützung des Reportings an die Geschäftsführung
- Unterstützung bei lokalen Events

Qualifikation
- du studierst vorzugsweise: Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Pädagogik o.ä. mit Bezug zur Personalwirtschaft
- Freude an Themen rund um People & Culture und an einer zukunftsorientierten Branche zum Sammeln wertvoller Praxiserfahrungen
- idealerweise besitzt du erste Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, z.B. durch ein Praktikum
- eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Kreativität, Zuverlässigkeit und eine Teamplayermentalität
- du bist ein Organisations
- und Priorisierungstalent in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
- kommunikationsstark in Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch (mind. B1)
- sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Tools
