**Your mission**:

- In this responsible expert position, you will develop technical solutions for new electro-hydraulic control systems of earth moving or boom-type construction machinery.
- Construction machines move great things - also thanks to you: You are responsible for testing systems and hardware capacities.
- You play in the first row - reviewing hydraulic system designs and technology and training your own team of highly motivated core talents.

**Your profile**:

- You have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or a related field as a Dipl.Ing. or M.Sc.
- You inspire us with your expertise - including 10+ years of work experience in construction machinery or hydraulic system suppliers.
- You have extensive knowledge of the development of hydraulic system control technology and technical routes and solutions of hydraulic systems and tools.
- You attach particular importance to the results of ongoing projects, with your ambitious personality, who values innovation, communicates very well in English and appreciates being able to achieve outstanding results in an international development team. You are enthusiastic about intercultural exchange and enjoy business trips to China.
