**Your profile**:

- You have a BSc., MSc. or PhD degree in mechanical, electronic engineering or a related field.
- You convince us with your expertise - including at least 8 years of experience in bulldozer design and development.
- You bring an extensive background on global bulldozer markets including key technologies and market standards in Europe and the United States.
- You are familiar with mechanical and hydraulic transmission systems and the overall bulldozer structure.
- You are self organized with strong analytical skills, paying specific attention on result-oriented work. You present your enthusiastic personality, focused on technology and innovation. Your German and English communication skills are very good and you enjoy delivering outstanding results as part of engineering teams in Germany and in China, spending approximately half of your time in each location.
