For an international energy company we are looking for a Project Adminstrator (f/m/d) in Berlin.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Organizing meetings and events
- Ordering IT equipment and personal protective equipment
- Processing of purchase requisitions and invoices in SAP
- Updating and managing the document management systems
- Compiling and validating inputs required for the Monthly Business Report as well as monitoring progress of open items and ensuring deadlines are met
- Daily interactions with the project team and the project manager
- Promoting the best practices and standards developed within the organization while beeing an ambassador of lean processes

**We are looking for you**:

- Completed vocational training and/or advanced training such as business administrator or business economist
- At least 5 years of professional experience in purchasing, finance or in a similar function
- Relevant experience in project work in various projects and / a project management certification (IPMA-D, Prince 2)
- A good oral and written command of German and English
- Very good knowledge of working with Office 365 and Sharepoint
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
- Ability to identify the needs within the project
- Flexibility and very good interpersonal skills
- Motivated open personality with strong communication skills
- High degree of initiative, commitment, and reliability
