SUPERVISOR DATA SCIENCE (F/M/D)
DIGITAL BUSINESS INSPIRED BY YOU - YOUR TASKS
Drive data management, development and expansion of the central data infrastructure as a strategic foundation for all analytical activities
Mine and analyse data from company databases to discover trends and patterns and to drive optimization of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
Use predictive modelling and machine-learning to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes
Proactively identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
Undertake pre-processing of structured and unstructured data making suggestions for improvement
Processing, cleansing, and verifying including making suggestions for improvement the integrity of data used for analysis
Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality
Work with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE
Ability to think analytical and conceptional paired with flawless communication skills in an international setting
Min. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar field in marketing analytics or multi-market commercial analytics operations
University degree in Data Science, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent
Experience in Data Science and/or Big Data projects, preferably in a cloud environment such as Databricks or Snowflake
Capable of solving challenging business questions with tailored analytical solutions
Good knowledge of and experience in agile/ scrum project management
Very good programming skill using SQL, Python, PySpark or R, as well as experience Data Science libraries & tools such as pandas, and/or jupyter
Personalized customer journey mindset and experience in channel/touch-point orchestration
