SUPERVISOR DATA ANALYTICS (F/M/D)
DIGITAL BUSINESS INSPIRED BY YOU - YOUR TASKS
Hands on developing of analytics deliverables including dashboards, reports, measurement plans etc.
Analyse the digital effectiveness and conversion results on campaigns / personalization activities (effectiveness insights, attribution modelling etc.) and recommend strategies to optimise these in the future
Consolidate and package up insights, analytics outputs, and action items into a well-organized, consumable package with actionable recommendations and strategies for marketers
Be a part of exciting international analytical projects that aim to establish customer centric
Create and maintain actions based on web behaviour used to trigger campaigns and/or enrich customer profiles
Responsible for Oracle Infinity Analytics, Google Analytics, and the website data layer
Manage web analytics and tagging strategy development and implementation
PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE
Your personality, the ability to think analytical and conceptional paired with flawless communication skills in an international setting
Min. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar field in marketing analytics or multi-market commercial analytics operations University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematic or equivalent
Experience in Data Analysis and analytical projects using SQL, Python, PySpark and/o Databricks, as well as visualization tools such as PowerBI
Capable of solving challenging business questions with tailored analytical solutions
Operational knowledge of web platforms and/ or eCommerce operations
Good knowledge of and experience in agile/ scrum project management
Personalized customer journey mindset and experience in channel/touch-point orchestration
Proven record of successful stakeholder management, agencies, and 3rd parties in an international environment
Proven operational experience of website user journey performance improvement management
Preferably experience in using tools for web analytics such as Oracle Infinity, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics
