Compliance Excellence - Du möchtest die Welt ein Stück besser machen und dazu beitragen Finanzkriminalität zu verhindern? Gemeinsam mit dir entwickeln und gestalten wir eine wirksame und zukunftsfähige Compliance-Organisation bei und für unsere Kund:innen.
- Du unterstützt die Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Prävention von betrügerischen Handlungen, angefangen bei Steuerbetrug und Geldwäsche bis hin zur Aufdeckung und Verhinderung von Terrorismusfinanzierung.
- Du analysierst und bewertest Transaktions-Monitoring-Prozesse zur Erkennung von strafbaren Handlungen durch z. B. KI-basierte und intelligente RegTech-Lösungen.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Environmental, Social und Corporate Governance (ESG) Regularien sicher und damit die Abwendung von potenziellen Sanktionen und Image-Verlusten.

**Was uns beeindruckt**:

- Dein (Master-)Studium idealerweise in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik - gerne auch über den 2. Bildungsweg.
- Deine ersten praktischen und/oder theoretischen Erfahrung als Studierender in der Managementberatung und idealerweise im Bereich Compliance oder Financial Services.
- Deine soliden Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse auf B2 Niveau.
- Deine individuelle Geschichte, die die Vielfalt in unserem Team ergänzt.
