Become a part of our international Marketing team in Bremen, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Head of Global Communication and Marketing (M/F/d).

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and determining the most effective marketing channels and tactics for a strong marketing plan
- Defining and maintaining the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing materials and channels. You'll oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, and work to strengthen brand recognition and reputation
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. You'll regularly analyze data and provide reports on marketing performance to the executive team
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights. You'll use this data to inform marketing strategies and tactics, refine target audience profiles, and identify opportunities for growth
- Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. You'll monitor expenses, track ROI, and make budgetary decisions based on marketing priorities
- Building, managing, and developing a high-performing marketing team
- Working closely with other departments, such as Sales, HR etc. to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Several years’ experience in a Marketing management position
- Familiarity with industry best practices and professional standards, as well as digital marketing experience
- Nice to have are freight forwarding or logistic industry knowledge
- Being able to analyze marketing data, metrics and performance indicators
- Have the ability to think strategically and develop effective marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills
- These qualities characterize you: analytical, results-driven, self-motivated, the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural) and low willingness to travel
