We at #CosMicIT GmbH are urgently looking for a #Business Tenant Administrator (BTA)

Location: #Frankfurt #Germany

Language: #English

Role Type: #Hybrid

Position Summary:
Experience: 8-12 years
- Create solution architectures and solution designs for infrastructure components
- Drive, guide, support IT Business with their infrastructure and integration challenges
- Put people together to structure (complex) solution delivery
- Create (complex) change and migration roadmap
- Track record of working in high performing Agile teams and good understanding of Agile/DevOps practices and methodologies /Scrum, Scaling, Continuous Delivery, automated testing.
- Multiple years of experience in the business domain and demonstrates deep functional knowledge of the business domain (end to end); knowing how business processes utilize IT solutions
- Proven track record in IT environment (design & implementation), Architecture, Infrastructure, software (knowledge of the working); affinity with IT concepts (CDaaS, ATDD, engineering skills and technologies, applicative landscape )

- Your responsibilities:

- Manage country specific Tenant in the private cloud (IPC):

- Coach DevOps on cloud (IPC) usage
- Onboard a DevOps team
- Create and manage Private Networks within Tenant environment
- Create and manage Firewall entries within Tenant environment
- Understand, Debug connectivity Issues (IM/PM processes)
- Manage Steppingstone access
- Quality Management of the ecosystem of a Tenant environment within IPC
- Coach, support other countries (e.g., Luxembourg) in their migration to IPC
- Establish Standardization, Policies and Guidelines
- Put in place communication channels with the consumers, spread the information
- Collect and translate requirements from the service consumers to the provider
- Automate recurrent tasks
