**Your tasks**:

- Design and optimize customer journeys across various digital channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
- Conduct customer research and analysis to identify pain points, needs, and preferences, and leverage these insights to drive improvements
- Carry out market and trend analyses to evaluate the effectiveness and potential of the customer experience approach
- Discover customer touchpoint gaps, potential & implementation measures, and carry out feasibility analyses in coordination with the stakeholders involved
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a consistent and customer-centric approach
- Evaluate and select digital tools and technologies that enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency

**Your Profile**:
You are studying economics or a comparable degree program or are in your gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in customer experience management, digitalization, or a similar role
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, storyboard, customer segmentation, and persona development
- Project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives/ streams and prioritize effectively
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Open-minded personality and innovative mindset with willingness to explore new fields and grow within our team
