What this role looks like.
Providing strategic and operational support to department management
Improving and driving innovation in the implementation of IT service management
Creating concepts and presentations on insights critical to decision-making for organisational, process and project-related functions
Coordinating and moderating workshops and working groups
Collaborating with different departments to align needs and drive improvements in order to reach ITSM goals
Coordinating and supporting project management activities for ITSM implementation and operational stability-related projects Your Profile
What you bring with you.
University degree or similar qualification focused on IT, project management or business
Strategic thinking and the ability to work in a demanding environment, while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities independently and simultaneously
A passion for learning and proactive approach to staying up to date on the latest trends, best practices and emerging technologies
Strong presentation and storytelling skills to drive meaningful and transparent communication
A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
Proactive team player with excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Desirable extras.
Experience in IT service management and familiarity with the ITIL framework
Experience in IT management consulting
**Experience working with one or more of the following tools**: Confluence, Jira, SharePoint or ServiceNow Your Benefits
