**What You’ll Do**

Gyptech is seeking a **Logistics Coordinator** to support domestic, trans-border, and international logistics. Your role will involve:

- Responsible for shipping and receiving parts and components at our warehouse.
- Responsible for receiving, shipping, and tracking physical parts inventory at our warehouse.
- Coordinating the movement of trans-border and international shipments.
- Preparation of bills of lading and related commercial documentation.
- Coordinating the movement of goods with local fabrication shops.
- Coordinating international air and ocean cargo, as required.
- Measuring and reporting performance (e.g., on-time delivery, shipment accuracy).
- Assisting in determining Harmonization codes and Country of Origin.
- Working with the Shipping/Receiving team to establish cargo ship dates.
- Communicating with our team and end users regarding their shipments.

This position is based out of our office in Neuburg an der Donau, Germany.

**What You Offer**
- 3-5 years of related logistics experience primarily with trans-border trucking (LTL & FTL), USA customs requirements, and international air and ocean (LCL & FCL) freight experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and dedication to a high level of service and performance.
- Demonstrated self-starter, capable of working in a team environment is a must.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent English communication skills with external and internal customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment.
- Brokerage experience (an asset) and CIFFA Certification (an asset).
