Above all we will never stop learning and striving to help each other reach our maximum potential. **As the Graphic Designer **you will be contributing to Wingtra's vision "To digitise the world" through Wingtra's brand and our visual representation. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating with the whole team from digital marketers to content manager. This role can be pursued from any location within Europe. **Responsibilities**: - Classical graphic design: brochure creation and formatting, one pagers, whitepapers, eBooks etc. - Social media and campaign image creation, image retouching - Branding guidelines for merchandise and ordering - Presentation design and branding supervision - Fair stand design for trade shows - Technical illustration and icon design - UX and UI design for landing pages, forms; lead by the Digital Marketing Manager - Ensuring the consistency of Wingtra brand through multiple channels **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent - At least 3 years of work experience at a similar position - Professional command of Adobe Creative Suite Graphic design portfolio - Native-like communications skills in English (fluent in writing and speaking), and proficiency in German - Willing to work in a fast paced environment, deal with different stakeholders and take ownership - Determined, flexible, proactive, with a service-oriented mindset **Plus**: - Proven project management experience - Photography skills - Video editing skills If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you.
