Our Global Trainee Programme offers you the opportunity to work at the heart of our Operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in process optimization, digitalization, and strategic business development. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the operational processes, leading strategic business projects.

**What will I be doing?**

On our Operations pathway, you’ll play a vital role in driving operational excellence, innovation, and digital transformation across our business. Over the course of two years, you’ll rotate through key operational functions, developing a comprehensive understanding of process optimisation, business transformation, and customer experience enhancement.

On our Technology and IT pathway, you will go through various departments and gain in-depth insights into the IT world. From the very beginning, you will take on responsibility and work on exciting projects.

**Responsibilities on our Operations Graduate Pathway include**:

- Contribute to the implementation of optimization and innovation projects and actively shape our digitalization and transformation journey
- Take responsibility for analysing, conceptualizing, evaluating, and implementing process optimization measures
- Rotate through various stages of the value chain to gain comprehensive insights into the company's operations

**Responsibilities on our Technology & IT Graduate Pathway include**:

- Developing and optimizing innovative software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks, introduction to Continuous Integration/Deployment, automation, and cloud technologies
- Analysing requirements for projects and demands, as well as taking responsibility for backlog management

**Who we’re looking for**

For our operations pathway, you should have (or expect to obtain) a master's degree in economics, Business Mathematics, or a related field.

For our Technology & IT pathway, you should have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field, preferably with some work experience. You should also have some experience in software development (e.g., through internships, university work, student jobs, or personal projects).

**Additionally, for both pathways you should**:

- Possess excellent analytical skills and have a strong interest in process optimization
- Be creative in problem-solving and enjoy working in a structured and independent manner
- Have team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments
- Be proficient in MS Office
- Be fluent in both German and English
- Have an analytical mindset and enthusiasm for solving complex challenges
