This is your role:

- You coordinate and functionally lead operational processes in our e-commerce fulfillment center and complete receiving, shipping and packing tasks as needed.
- You ensure a smooth onboarding and training of new team members.
- In close alignment with warehouse management you support shift planning processes, conduct stand-up meetings and schedule daily assignments.
- You have a close eye on performance metrics and support warehouse management in the improvement of operational processes.
- You collaborate with our Customer Service and Supply Chain teams.

**What you bring**:

- You completed your vocational training in the area of Logistics or a similar area.
- You have a minimum of two years experience as warehouse associate, preferably in warehouse logistics.
- You speak English on a conversational level and have basic knowledge of German (B1). You enjoy working in a multicultural team environment.
- You are a pragmatic problem solver and handle unexpected situations with ease.
- You promote a strong health and safety culture.
- A forklift driver license is a plus.
