They have built up a strong Real Estate Debt Team with +120 professionals across 7 countries and +€14 billion in assets under management. In Germany, their core team that specializes in providing financing solutions to real estate developers and investors across various sectors. **Profile** Minimum 15 years of relevant financing experience in investment banking, real estate lending, private equity or in an alternative lender structure (ideally debt fund) - Profound experience and track record in real estate debt origination and deal sourcing across Europe - Proven and deep knowledge in all phases of the management of complex real estate debt transactions including underwriting, syndication, hedging, risk management and workouts - Deep understanding of the different debt investment types including whole loans, stretched senior/junior loans, A/B structures, mezzanine transactions, bond type transaction structures, and the required finance documentation as well as the underlying real estate markets/sectors - Strong knowledge of fund management processes including operational aspects and capital raising on international scale - Broad network and high level of reputation within the relevant real estate sectors across Germany and Europe - Experience in establishing and maintaining (senior level) relationships to borrowers and investors - High degree of professionalism with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner, produce quality work and meet strict deadlines under pressure - High level of numerical and analytical skills which enables you to fit into a highly entrepreneurial organization with a huge demand for excellence and deal orientation (Private Equity and Investment Banking style culture) - Authentic and convincing, entrepreneurial leadership personality with appropriate charisma and professional appearance - Professional and personal ambition with a high level of motivation and innovative ability - Ability to focus on details and to think out of the box depending on situation - Distinct "hands-on“-mentality with high resilience and solution orientation - Strong argumentation and communication skills - High level of integrity and ethics - Ability to integrate and work efficiently in an international working environment - Fluent in German and English **What you can look forward to** - A supportive work environment with a dynamic real estate debt team - A permanent position with a competitive salary package (fixed + bonus) - An entrepreneurial environment that promotes individual thinking - Exponential growth in one of the most internationally recognized business, globally
