**Overview**:
Reporting to our Global People Business Partner Lead, the Global Head of HR for the Global Products and Technology organization serves as the key executive HR partner and strategic (and hands-on) business leader as a part of the senior GPT leadership team. You will drive strategies, prioritize, influence and implement people initiatives that enable GPT to grow, and will manage a team across the globe including North America, Europe and Israel. This Hybrid remote/office role will be based in Manheim, Germany. May potentially have European regional responsibility depending on experience.
**You will**:
- Through storytelling, create clarity around the strength of the business operations, identify where gaps exist, and where solutions can be applied by leveraging quantitative and qualitative data
- Use executive coaching skills with senior leaders to diagnose and provide solutions that enable leaders to transform themselves and their teams to be highly productive, deliver on challenging our goals while leading with empathy.
- Build manager capability and facilitate employee career development to grow the skills and capabilities of our global and diverse workforce
- Be an employee advocate and counsel with managers to address the causes of engagement issues, taking into consideration several factors which may be complex.
- Leverage business acumen, competitive insights, external benchmarking, data and best-in-class organizational design resources to inform decisions on organization structures, processes, policies and communication
- Deliver on our global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies as we create a culture where every employee can do their best work
- Create a world-class employee experience by partnering with a team of HR professionals to deliver solutions, including the Central People Teams (Talent Acquisition, People Ops, HR Technology, Total Rewards, DEI, Talent Management and Learning) and our HRBPs around the world to attract and retain best in class talent
**You have**:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in HR functions such as HR business partnership, Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, or Talent Acquisition
- Previous experience with cultural and operational M&A integration is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Master's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Manage teams across the globe
- Have multiple European employment and compliance experience
