Responsible for transport operations of AIR, SEA & RAIL shipments both export and import.

Reports to Transport Operations Manager, Europe

**Responsibilities**
- Organizing AIR, SEA & RAIL shipments for our customers, preparation of offers for customers
- Develop and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with clients
- Processing of price quotes, customer orders, AP / AR invoices
- Preparation of documentation for shipments Airwaybill, Seawaybill
- Tracking & Tracing of shipments & customer service
- Close cooperation with customs authority and brokers, daily communication with overseases branch and agents
- Working with company TMS ( CargoWise One ), daily administration Teamwork and responsibility for the results and achieving the goal of the department

**Job requirements**
- At a minimum, HBO working and thinking level in Logistics and Transportation
- Relevant working experience in international transport operations - AIR, SEA or RAIL
- Good knowledge of German and English (written and verbal)
- Good knowledge of MS office and relevant software, CargoWise & SAP - advantage
- Existing network of worldwide agents - advantage
