Summary We are looking for a “Quality Production Specialist (f/m/d)” for the “Production Components” area in the production of laser devices at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible. The “Production Components” department manufactures laser rangefinders for air, land and sea systems. This includes the assembly, adjustment and acceptance of corresponding devices. Your Tasks- Error management and practical problem solving in production, implementation of Failure Review Boards- Occasional visual inspections as part of series production and repair activities- Preparation and implementation of acceptance tests for assemblies and products (internally and with the client's inspection officers)- Supporting the production management / project management on site in the relevant QM topics as well as in internal and external audits / reviews- Collaboration on improvements in production and the implementation of Q concepts Your Profile- Technical vocational training with a further qualification as a technician or a comparable qualification- Several years of professional experience in production- - Experience in SAP and QM- Independent and systematic way of working- High degree of initiative- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to reach consensus- Good written and spoken English skills Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
