You can learn more about us and our values here. **Location**: Remote (within European time zones preferred **Type**: full-time **Start Date**: ASAP **Team**: Talent Acquisition **What You’ll Be Doing**: - ** - ** Your main KPIs**: SQLs booked and time to qualification. We move fast and care about quality. - ** Collaboration**: Work closely with our Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs and generate qualified meetings. - ** Data-Driven Approach**: Leverage data, AI, and other tools to optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes. **What We’re Looking For**: - ** Language Proficiency**: Native/Bilingual German and fluent English. - ** Experience Level**: This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow. - ** Background**: You’ve ideally completed an internship or similar experience in HR, recruiting, or sales—first exposure to recruiting would be great. - ** Skills & Attributes**: Curious, proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting with people.
