As a new member in our OE Tires Controlling team, you will be able to contribute with the following tasks:
Providing state of the art consulting of Key Account Managers in financial matters (including various analysis concerning sales and profitability as well as economic analysis and business plans for new business)

Providing a transparent financial picture of the EMEA OE activities (preparing Forecasts, Budgets, price analysis, etc.)

Working as a business partner to cost center leaders in terms of cost center planning and cost accounting

Ensuring high quality level of OE Sales data in various systems

Being the main contact person for Sales Controller in Europe for all relevant matters, as well as close cooperation with the global (OE) Tire Controlling network

Contributing to a strong culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, by creating and improving appropriate routines as well as developing and implementing new processes / tools

Advocating and living our internal rules and external regulations

**Qualifications**:
Academic degree (University of Applied Science or higher) in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent know-how

First professional experience in controlling/accounting in a global organization desirable

State of the art know -how in financial systems and data analytics

Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

High quality focus, customer orientation and excellent communication skills

Motivated team-player, who loves to work in an international environment
