Tasks
As Head of Human Relations for the Business Area Original Equipment and Research & Development Tires (M/F/diverse), you are a member of the management teams. As a strategic partner (M/F/diverse), you will drive the design & implementation of the people strategy of the BA OE and R&D Tires to enable and secure the organization's current and future success.

**Your tasks in detail**:
Determines as part of the BA OE and R&D Tires Management Teams the business vision and strategy, derives, and executes relevant HR measures for strategy deployment

Acts as strategic partner (M/F/diverse) and consults the management team in all HR-related matters

Drives sourcing, selection, and development of executive and senior executive roles

Consults and guides the management teams and organizations through times of changes

Drives organizational development by creating a strong and effective organization, promoting a culture based on Continental's values.

Ensures operational excellence in all HR key processes such as talent management, compensation, and recruiting together with the HR teams globally

Leads, develops, and coaches the HR teams responsible for the BA OE and R&D globally and builds a strong network among the teams

**Qualifications**:
Several years professional experience in HR management, alternatively management experience in OE or R&D

Several years of leadership experience, preferably in leading remote and international teams in matrix organizations

Very good knowledge in driving organizational transformation

High solution-orientation, strategic thinking, and business acumen

Very good stakeholder management

Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills

High intercultural sensitivity and experience in working with and developing international teams

Fluent English skills (written and spoken), German preferable, but not mandatory

Part-Time possible (minimum 80%)
