DEINE AUFGABEN **WAS ERWARTET DICH?** **Technische Entwicklungsprojekte** Du übernimmst die organisatorische Führung von technischen Entwicklungsprojekten zur Stack - und Elektrolyseurentwicklung. **Definition und Überprüfung von Projekten** Du definierst und überprüfst den Projektumfang, der Zielerreichung und des Budgets von Entwicklungsprojekten. **Projektmanagement** Du bist für die Pflege des Projektzeitplans, der Aufgaben und Verantwortlichen in Jira verantwortlich und unterstützt das Management bei der Organisation von Aufgabenprioritäten. **Koordination und Planung** Zudem übernimmst du die Koordinierung der Aufgaben für das Entwicklungsteam mit internen Stakeholdern und Fertigungspartnern, sowie auch die Koordination von Sprint-Planung, Retrospektiven und täglichen "Stand-up"-Meetings DEIN PROFIL **WAS BRINGST DU MIT?** **Studium/Ausbildung** Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Hochschul - oder Fachhochschulstudium (mind. Bachelor) bevorzugte Qualifikation in Ingenieur - oder Naturwissenschaften. **Erfahrung** Du kannst Erfahrungen im organisatorischen Projektmanagement vorweisen und besitzt mehr als zwei Jahre industrielle oder akademische Erfahrung, **Persönlichkeit** Du überzeugst mit deiner Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität. Deine Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation runden dein Profil ab. **Sprache** Du kannst von dir mit sicheren Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift überzeugen.
