We are offering you a position as a **Research assistant** in our 11-person team at our **location in Dresden** as soon as possible.

**What you will do**
- Conception and development of integrated circuits for microdisplays and sensors
- Creating the analog design in different technology nodes in the field of classic (350nm, 180nm,...) and small-node technologies (32nm, 28nm, 22nm, 12nm,...)
- Project responsibility with the aim of personal development in project management
- Maintaining contacts and expanding the network with international industrial clients, academic cooperation partners and funding bodies
- Collaboration with colleagues in project acquisition and management
- Presenting your results to client companies and customers
- Publishing in specialist media and participating in workshops and conferences

**What you bring to the table**
- Completed scientific studies in electrical engineering (microelectronics, information technology) or comparable courses of study
- Good knowledge of digital and very good knowledge of analog semiconductor circuit technology
- Practical experience in analog design flow and in the use of Cadence design tools
- Interest in taking on responsibility in the area of technical project management and project acquisition
- Motivated and communicative personality characterized by a conscientious and high-quality way of working
- Desirable: Experience in analog and mixed-signal design flow
- Very good communication skills in German and English
