Mit einem Team aus erfahrenen Anwälten bietet die Kanzlei ihren nationalen und internationalen Mandanten eine umfassende rechtliche Expertise in verschiedenen Bereichen wie Unternehmensrecht, Kartellrecht und Arbeitsrecht.

**Das Angebot**
- Als Personal Assistant (m/w/d) in Düsseldorf erhalten Sie je nach Erfahrung zwischen 4.500 und 5.000 EUR brutto pro Monat

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Terminplanung sowie -koordinierung
- Planung und Nachbereitung von Geschäftsreisen, Meetings und Terminen
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung juristischer Dokumente
- Dokumentenpflege der Mandate
- Erledigung von Rechercheaufträgen

**Ihr Profil**
- Als Personal Assistant (m/w/d) wünscht sich unser Kunde in Düsseldorf von Ihnen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
- Neben einer freundlichen Art, zählen Teamfähigkeit und eine dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zu Ihren Stärken
