Product Design plays a vital role in this mission We’re now looking for a **(Senior) UI/UX Product Designer** to join us on our journey

**Your Role in our Team**
- Own the design for one of our products and continuously strive to improve its user experience and visual design
- Help us build user-centric solutions: Conduct user research in collaboration with your Product Manager in the form of user interviews, usability tests, surveys and more
- Transform research learnings into personas and user journeys to validate product hypotheses, discover areas of improvement and deeply understand our users
- Brainstorm solutions with the product team and stakeholders in ideation workshops: Discuss different ideas and commit all participants on a joined vision
- Deliver both low and high fidelity design in close collaboration with Product Management
- Provide detailed hand-offs for Engineering to ensure a seamless development stage
- Shape MEDWING’s design language as part of the global design team: Collaborate on the company design system and implement user research frameworks

- 30-minute interview with our tech recruiters to assure a good fit
- 30-minute interview with your future product manager and engineering lead to review team fit
- 60-minute whiteboard session with one of our designers to assess your skills
- 60-minute interview with leadership to discuss product vision & strategy

**Your Profile**
- 3+ years of experience working as Product Designer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in direct collaboration with product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders
- Experienced in conducting user research and translating gained insights into personas, user journeys, etc.
- Advanced design and prototyping skills in Figma
- Experience with end-to-end product design & agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, ideally in a startup environment
- Dedication to delivering excellent designs & keeping up with the latest trends and standards
- Fluency in English required, German skills are a big plus
