We are currently recruiting a new Supply Chain in Hamburg, Germany.
Details
To strengthen our German company in Hamburg-Bergedorf, we are looking for a colleague for our Order Processing / Supply Chain department.
In this position, you will be responsible for the operational business with our suppliers and customers, serving as the link between strategic purchasing and the sales team. Additionally, after successful onboarding and based on suitability, this position offers the perspective of taking over team leadership.
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Independent and self-reliant order processing in purchasing and sales (ordering, logistics, import, documentation) from order placement to invoice issuance
- Planning and monitoring of inventory levels
- Recording orders in our merchandise management system
- Tracking and controlling orders to ensure timely processing
- Acting as an interface for all relevant stakeholders involved in the process
- Close coordination with the sales department regarding the flow of goods
- Intensive communication with our business partners in both German and English

Who are we looking for?
- Completed commercial training (preferably in wholesale and foreign trade) or a comparable qualification
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English is an absolute requirement
- Several years of experience in order processing, ideally in the food or pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
- You work independently, reliably, and are not afraid to take on responsibility
- You impress with your friendly and professional demeanor towards business partners and colleagues
