**Your mission**:

- Lead the monthly S&OP cycle: Ensure successful delivery of business objectives together with Commercial, Marketing, Production, Logistics, and Finance
- Actively present the Supply Chain within the S&OP cycle by managing inventories & lead times
- Collaborate with production planner to provide production proposal based on continuous planning, production execution monitoring & inventories
- Closely collaborate with Logistics responsible and order manager to ensure full supply chain execution (order 2 cash cycle)
- Define, implement, monitor & report critical Supply Chain KPIs
- Support projects for new product launches with SC expertise, especially SC setup, service & stock levels, lead times, minimum order quantities and reorder points
- Support the implementation of the ERP system

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or similar qualification
- 1- 3 years of working experience in supply chain execution, ideally in the FMCG industry
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive towards execution
- Applies analytical thinking and creativity to solve complex challenges and to implement solutions
- Excellent communication skills and no hurdles to get in touch with people via direct communication, e.g. telephone
- Integrity, self-motivation, and a keen drive to improve the food system
- Excellent communication skills in English - written and verbal, German highly preferred
