**Assistant to Director Purchasing Fashion & Accessories (M/F/d)**

Your new job includes
- As Assistant to Director Purchasing you play a central role in our team and you are the first point of contact for our departments and international customers.
- In particular, you will
- support the division manager in all administrative and organizational matters by being their right hand and ensuring that all internal and external communication channels run smoothly
- organize and coordinate appointments, events, conferences and trade fairs as well as calendar and travel planning to ensure that everything runs smoothly
- act as a central interface to our internal departments and be responsible for internal communication so that all information flows efficiently and clearly
- take on cross-departmental administrative tasks and ensure that everything runs smoothly by always maintaining an overview and reacting flexibly to new challenges
- prepare presentations and minutes and support the divisional management in exciting projects to successfully achieve our common goals

What you should bring along
- Completed commercial education and relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an international environment
- Confident knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), a digital affinity and ideally SAP knowledge to optimize processes at work and make them even smoother
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English to be able to communicate confidently and professionally in an international environment
- Strong organizational and assertive skills as well as the ability to maintain an overview and set priorities correctly, even in work-intensive phases
- A reliable and forward-looking way of working and enjoy dealing with internal and external contacts, always appearing confident and professional and communicating clearly
