**Ihre Aufgaben als Assistant to Managing Director (w/m/d)**
- Eigenständige Erledigung sämtlicher administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben sowie interner Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) für entsprechende Anfragen
- Bearbeitung von Korrespondenz, Dokumenten und Anfragen in Deutsch und Englisch
- Planung, Organisation und Verwaltung von Terminen, Meetings, Veranstaltungen und Dienstreisen (inkl. Unterstützung der Führungsgruppe)
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Management Meetings sowie Erstellung von Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsmaterialien
- Erstellung von Monatsberichten, Statistiken und weiteren Standardberichten
- Durchführung von bereichsübergreifenden Sonderaufgaben und Projekten im administrativen Bereich
- Wahrnehmung und Vertretung von Marketing-Assistenzaufgaben
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, regulatorischer und interner Compliance-Vorgaben

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Marketing bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung oder in vergleichbarer Position
- Strukturierte, systematische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenmotivation
- Hohe Handlungs
- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Kundenorientierung und Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Themen
- Ausgeprägte Neugier, Anpassungsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook
