Role purpose:
To lead and execute the regional marketing plan for Vodafone IoT business, To deliver effective external communications at a local and regional level that help to increase revenue and awareness of IoT across all market segments within the regions. To have high engagement with OpCos, regional customers and reseller channels. To establish Vodafone IoT as a market leader in the region.

**What you will do**
- Define and execute the regional marketing strategy for the IoT business, in conjunction with the regional Head of Sales and local stakeholders, ensuring alignment between global marketing and regional strategies
- Lead field marketing efforts off footprint (USA, France, and APAC regions) to promote company offerings.
- Lead field marketing efforts on footprint with local OpCo stakeholders
- Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and with the OpCos to drive awareness and create demand; Plan activity to support pan-region, country and customer segment initiatives
- Define and execute demand generation activities that support pipeline growth within OpCo customers and channels for IoT Managed Connectivity
- Supporting sales teams to deliver consistent and accurate messaging and content to both existing partners and potential customers as well as supporting business development team with tools for regional & local solution promotional launches
- Identify suitable local stories to share through PR and work with global and local PR teams in Vodafone to execute
- Support digital strategy by implementing new website contents at local level and supporting content generation for social media, aimed at increasing engagement and number of followers

**What sets you apart**
- Experience in leading and implementing Marketing strategies for complex solutions in an international B2B environment across different channels ( min. 5 - 8 years)
- Ability to deliver world class marketing communications that drive awareness and generate demand for Vodafone IoT offering - internally and externally
- across regions and channels
- Able to work under time pressures and deadlines. Self-starter, able to plan, organise, communicate and execute projects on time. Ability to provide feedback and effect change for process improvement and optimisation.
- Able to identify and escalate key issues requiring corrective action - in support of stakeholder projects.
- Ability to manage variety of stakeholders at all levels. Build relationships, educate and influence regional customers, channels and partners as well as OpCo Stakeholders
- A degree or equivalent marketing qualification
- Experienced Marketer with a proven track record
- Experience in developing and implementing Marketing Communications strategies in an international B2B environment
- Experience with solutions marketing
- Fluent in English, additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French) a plus
- ** Fluent in German mandatory**

This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).
